Unlike an Airbnb, you don’t feel like you’re in someone else’s space. There are no pictures of us, excessive trinkets, blankets made by grandma, etc. And, you are not asked to complete ANY chores as part of your checkout.

Unlike a hotel, you have a full kitchen and genuine authenticity. The apartments are from 1868; the artwork is real; the decor is real and not mass-produced!

No hidden fees! That’s right. You are only charged the room rate, the required state and local taxes, and a nominal cleaning fee. When staying in Airbnbs for nearly nine months, I really got frustrated with the excessive fees, so we vowed not to do the same.

    Is AC not enough? Each unit has a standing fan for those who prefer to sleep with white noise and moving air.

    Unlike many rentals, we encourage our guests to make use of our courtyard & its hanging swings.

  • Tesla Charger

    We allow those with Teslas to use our charger for free (just give us a heads-up!).

  • Filtered Water

    No need to buy bottled water because we provide filtered water in both units via ZeroWater filtration.

  • Imported Dead Sea Salt

    Our rental, A Walk in the Park, has a bathtub, tub caddy, and Dead Sea salt for those who want a spa experience.

  • Picnic Basket

    Be like a local….Forsyth is a perfect spot for a picnic, and we provide a basket, dish ware, blanket, etc for you.

  • Pour-Over Coffee Maker

    Each unit has a pour-over coffee maker, complete with New Orleans coffee grinds and organic creamer.

  • Two Complimentary Drinks

    Two non-alcoholic drinks are provided at the beginning of your stay at no extra charge.

  • Sound Machine

    Trouble sleeping without background noise? There is a sound machine with multiple sound options.

  • Essential Oil Diffuser

    Some people enjoy having a fresh scent in their room, so we provide a diffuser in each unit.

 You will only find our listings via our website, Google Vacation Rentals, and Booking.com. Eventually, we’d like to remove our listings from both of those services and operate exclusively through our website. However, for now, we’re just trying to get our name out there!

During our 270 days staying in one Airbnb after another, we realized the frustration in seeing a single rental listed on ten or more platforms; hence, we vowed not to do the same! The best rates are absolutely by booking directly through the website.
