Many rentals in Savannah are not licensed, even though they are supposed to be! We are very transparent and want our guests to know that we are legally able to operate our short-term rentals.

No Hidden Fees
I don’t know about you, but I’ve had enough of the ridiculous fees that are unnecessarily added to hotel and rental stays. With us, you pay a nightly rate, Savannah’s required taxes, and a cleaning fee. That’s it.
